The first four weeks of the season seem to have flown by, and the bottom line is that out of 21 results to date, Southport teams have won 10 and lost 11. The ‘Result’ column is from the Southport point of view.

It was with great sadness that we reported the passing of our Club President and long time member, John Pilkington.
John was not only a great servant of the Club, being chief team organiser for many years, but was also prominent in the Southport & District League, where he was Secretary until forced by ill health [...]
