The club has a small committee to oversee policy and expenditure requirements, and to maintain the proper running of the club. An AGM is held each year before the start of the new season in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution.
Matches are played in the modern sports hall of a local FE college in Southport, so the club doesn’t own or need any premises of its own.
We are one of seven clubs playing in the Southport & District Table Tennis League, which consists of 3 Divisions, each of 9 or 10 teams.
We have over 30 registered players in the club, and they are ranked both within team groups and within the club as a whole. Team captains normally select from players in their groups or, if short, from a lower group.
